Facility construction
Apex manages the construction of some of the largest and most intricate renewable energy facilities in the nation. With a construction team fully integrated into our company, Apex projects benefit from guidance and support from the point of initial conceptual layout, community acceptance, and permitting.
Our projects are engineered to mitigate geotechnical, environmental, and transportation risk. At execution, Apex provides comprehensive management services, always built upon our corporate core value of safety and our industry-leading safety initiatives. Energy solutions
Apex is a unique energy solutions provider, capable of leveraging a number of terms and project qualities to craft power purchase agreements with positive deal economics for virtually any type of partner.
Our projects are offsetting nearly 700 million tons of CO2, and our capabilities are expanding to deliver clean energy where and when load needs to be served, including on-site, behind-the-meter applications that will power the future of clean fuels. Apex is also a leader in addressing local environmental priorities through our projects, helping our partners fulfill their ESG commitments.
Asset management
From its Remote Operations Control Center (ROCC) in Charlottesville, Virginia, the Apex Asset Management team manages more than $2 billion of operating clean energy assets, relying on extensive expertise in engineering, data analytics, safety, and site operations.
The ROCC is staffed 24/7/365 by a team of highly skilled operators, monitoring systems which provide the operators full visibility and detailed access to each wind and solar farm’s SCADA system, substation HMI, functional displays, and supplemental supporting applications.
With the ROCC, Apex has developed a best-in-class data management, reporting, and diagnostics system that enables its customers to realize customized insight into their renewable energy assets.
