Apex Closes Strategic Asset Sale With ERG

Represents Partial Sale of 317 MW Wind and Solar Portfolio

Charlottesville, VA – May 3, 2024 – Apex Clean Energy successfully closed the previously announced strategic asset sale of a wind and solar energy portfolio to ERG, a leading European renewable energy independent power producer. The portfolio comprises portions of the 224.4 MW Great Pathfinder Wind in Iowa and 92.4 MWDC Mulligan Solar in Illinois. Apex retains a 25% ownership stake and will continue managing operations of the facilities, with ERG acquiring a 75% stake.
